Today we evacuated our home in Poway. What an incredible set of emotions! You wonder if you are saying good bye to years of memories. You wonder whether you made good choices with insurance. You even second guess your own choices of what you took with you and what you left behind. The mental game of whether or not you have a home to return to. Then you start hearing about the friends that have lost their homes. You can never understand the emotions of losing your home until you do.
Thank God for my family is safe.
